Head Coach - Madelyn Desorcy
Meet Coach Madelyn ⛸️
Madelyn has been coaching figure skating for three years and has a strong passion for the sport. She loves sharing that passion with her skaters and helping them build their skills, confidence, and love for being on the ice.
Outside of the rink, Madelyn is currently studying **Psychiatric Nursing**, where she is continuing to grow her passion for helping and supporting others. She especially enjoys working with kids and strives to create a positive, encouraging, and fun environment where every skater feels supported and proud of their progress.
Whether it’s learning a new skill, reaching a personal goal, or simply having fun on the ice, Madelyn loves being a part of each skater’s journey. 💛⛸️
Coach - Hannah Waite
Hannah started skating when she was 3 in the CanSkate program in La Broquerie. She then moved on to hockey for a few years, but her true passions stayed with figure skating. Hannah did the StarSkate program in La Broquerie for 7 years, and helped as a program assistant for CanSkate as well as Intro to Star.
At home, Hannah has a 4 year old daughter Paisley. She loves going on walks with her dog Buddy, getting on the ice whenever she can, and spending time with her family.
